Dr. Blackwell received his B.S. and M.S. degrees from The University of Missouri and his Ph.D. from Northwestern University. He also received an honorary doctorate degree from The Xcincinatti College of Mortuary Science. He resides in Columbus, Ohio and serves on numerous boards of both privately and publicly held corporations including Airnet Systems, Applied Industrial Technologies, Checkpoint systems, Flexfunds and Ambercrombie & Fitch.
